The Purpose of the ELP-GSA:

To support the general welfare and interests of ELP students and participate constructively in departmental affairs
To sponsor social functions
To promote professional and academic development of ELP students
To provide a liaison between ELP students and other Department, School and University groups

All current students enrolled in classes in ELP are members of the ELP-GSA.
Membership to the ELP-GSA is continuous until the member leaves the university.

Graduate students who are interested in pursuing a professional career in education will find this active organization to be an important part of their educational experience.

The ELP-GSA office is located at 461 Baldy Hall and the telephone number is 645-5995. An ELP-GSA computer lab is also available to ELP students in 460 Baldy Hall.
