The Purpose of the ELP-GSA: 

 

· To support the general welfare and interests of ELP students and participate constructively in departmental affairs 

· To sponsor social functions 

· To promote professional and academic development of ELP students 

· To provide a liaison between ELP students and other Department, School and University groups 

 

Membership:

 

· All current students enrolled in classes in ELP are members of the ELP-GSA. 

· Membership to the ELP-GSA is continuous until the member leaves the university. 

 

Graduate students who are interested in pursuing a professional career in education will find this active organization to be an important part of their educational experience.
